AI Applications Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI Applications Developer (Senior/Lead) to design, develop, and implement secure AI solutions that reduce administrative workload and improve operational efficiency. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business requirements into AI-driven solutions while working within a secure enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and convert requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Design, prototype, and deploy custom AI applications from scratch.
• Develop solutions using Python, C#, SQL, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, prompt engineering frameworks, and AI agents.
• Evaluate and recommend enterprise AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, and Vertex AI.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, system prompts, and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI standards, security, governance, and privacy requirements.
• Assess AI outputs for bias, hallucinations, and security risks.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive AI adoption and innovation.

Artificial Intelligence (AI), Software Development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Software Development, Operational Improvement, Operational Strategy, Requirements Management, Business Processes, Business Analysis, Process Analysis, * Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of software development and systems analysis experience (or equivalent experience).

• Master’s degree in AI OR minimum 2 years of hands-on AI experience.
• Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements.
• Expertise in AI/LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG implementations.
