This position is for a Cyber Security Engineer/ISSE to lead cyber execution on one of our classified programs. In this role you will coordinate with multiple engineering teams across the program in an Agile environment. You will interface with Operations, Development, Deployment, and Systems Engineering teams, and help derive innovative solutions to complex technical problems to provide our customers with a secure system and new capabilities. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with government personnel, customer partners, subcontractors, local engineers, and geographically dispersed teammates., * Security design and architecture

• STIG hardening guidance
• Security test definition and execution
• Security tool design and system-integration support; POA&M planning and execution
• EVSS administration, system vulnerability audit, analysis, compliance, and remediation
• Body of Evidence (BoE) definition for customer assets driven by change requests
• Demonstration Test Plan (DTP) definition and execution
• System change-request and software-build technical investigations
• Review of new and upgraded COTS/GOTS software and security-risk assessment
• Daily system audit analysis and log review
• IATT/CONOPS definitions and approvals

• DoD 8140 experience
• Experience with identification and implementation of cyber requirements using Risk Management Framework methodologies
• Experience with DoD cybersecurity requirements, policies, and procedures.

Desired Skills

• Engineering and/or experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps tools (Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCDExperience with Software Assurance (SBOMs, Static Code Analysis)
• Experience with Zero Trust Architecture to support DoD Mandates
• Ability to review and provide input to system requirements based on existing cybersecurity posture

• Ability to Develop specialized cyber software solutions and tools based on mission requirements.

Full-Time Salary Range: $166900.00 - $309900.00
