Associate Director, Business Intelligence

As Associate Director, Data Management & Visualization, you will be pivotal in managing the E2E data and visualization process including collection, aggregation, QA, processing and visualization for a major client while also serving as a consultant to all Omnicom Media stakeholders. In addition to managing the day-to-day data and visualization needs of internal and external clients, this role will be managing a high functioning team of managers and/or analysts/sr. analysts.

• Good understanding of end-to-end data flow, APIs, databases, and BI tools. \n

• Visualization and dashboard creation experience; Tableau preferred. \n

• Strong BI tool skills (Alteryx, Power BI, KNIME, etc.); Tableau Prep preferred. \n

• Database experience (Snowflake preferred). \n

• Understanding of taxonomy creation and execution \n, * Proven experience in management of multiple team members \n

• Ability to provide feedback & guidance in a constructive manner to direct reports \n

• Demonstrate collaboration, including ability to drive clarity in a multi-stakeholder environment \n, * 4+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or media analytics \n

• Presentation development and delivery \n

• Strong written and verbal communication \n

• Ability to engage, develop, and give feedback to drive success of colleagues not reporting to you directly \n
