Mid-Level AI Software Engineer [$274k/yr+]

• Design and implement foundational AI integration frameworks and scalable agentic platforms.
• Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and reusable AI skills to empower autonomous agents.
• Develop Python-based backend components and orchestrate containerized deployments with Kubernetes., * Design and develop robust Python backend services and APIs for core agentic AI platforms.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale containerized applications efficiently within Kubernetes environments.
• Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and reusable tools that allow AI agents to interact with internal services and external APIs.
• Implement enterprise AI safety guardrails, including data privacy scrubbing, prompt injection defenses, and output validation.
• Integrate commercial and open-source LLMs using modern applied AI techniques such as RAG and function calling.
• Develop automated testing pipelines for backend microservices and non-deterministic AI agent outputs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate APIs and databases into unified agent workflows.
