Senior Java Engineer [$323k/yr+]

• Develop robust Java-based software capabilities utilizing Spring, RESTful web services, and microservices architectures within a Linux environment.
• Integrate next-generation autonomous AI agents to accelerate multi-file feature implementation, complex refactoring, and comprehensive automated testing.
• Maintain configuration management and automated build lifecycles using Git, Maven, and Nexus inside collaborative Agile team workflows., * Design, develop, and implement complex Java software solutions, enterprise APIs, and microservices.
• Integrate and manage agentic AI coding workflows to autonomously generate code, manage application context, and build robust unit and integration tests.
• Audit and review agent-generated code critically to ensure high performance, architectural alignment, and system security.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize applications in enterprise Linux and cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
• Work with distributed databases, NoSQL repositories, and search platforms including Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
• Collaborate across cross-functional Agile engineering teams using JIRA, Confluence, and modern continuous integration pipelines.

Telework: This position supports a hybrid work arrangement requiring an average of 1-2 days per week on-site in Augusta, GA.
