IT Support Engineer

As our IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in our IT Operations and Cybersecurity team. We are looking for hands-on support. Sunrock’s Technology landscape combines workplace and devices, a broad SaaS application landscape and internally developed applications, data and energy platforms. In this role, you don’t need to know everything, but you do need to take ownership: understand the issue, resolve what you can, involve our Managed Service Partner when needed and make sure the request and problems get resolved. Your users are developers, joiners and leavers and business users. From there, you’ll help colleagues with everything from workplace and device management to access, SaaS applications and Sunrock’s internal tooling and platforms.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage, track and follow up on IT requests and issues via our Jira ticketing system.
• Provide hands-on support for all our users.

What you bring to the table

• An IT-related degree (MBO/HBO) or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years’ experience in IT support, IT Operations or system administration.

• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.

• Experience with SaaS administration and identity & access management.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical curiosity.

• A hands-on, ownership-driven and service-oriented mindset, with strong English communication skills.
