| SAP BTP Integration Engineer | Integration Suite and CPI | 12 Month Contract |
Duration: 12 month contract
Location: Barcelona, 3 days per week on site
Start: As soon as available
An excellent opportunity for an SAP BTP Integration Engineer to join a leading global client within its group IT function, designing, implementing and maintaining integrations across SAP and non SAP systems.
You will specialise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, leading integration projects end to end and working closely with service managers, programme managers and outsourcing partners in an international environment.
The role
- Design and implement integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management and Open Connectors
- Manage interfaces and maintain a harmonised integration model across systems
- Lead integration projects from requirements gathering to implementation and optimisation
- Monitor integration performance, manage incidents and ensure reliability and security
- Support DevOps and CI/CD practices within SAP BTP
- Maintain documentation for integration flows, configurations and architecture
Skills required
- 3 to 10 years in SAP integration design and implementation
- Strong SAP BTP Integration Suite knowledge, including CPI, API Management and Event Mesh
- Experience with adapters such as SFTP, HTTPS, Mail, AMQP and Advanced Event Mesh
- Programming in ABAP, Java, Groovy or XSLT
- Strong communication skills in English
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
- Able to work on site in Barcelona 3 days per week
Nice to have
- Lobster Data, or willingness to learn it
