The role

As a Sourcer, you will work closely with our Business Development Managers to identify, approach and qualify freelance IT consultants for client projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Source IT profiles through LinkedIn, databases and other channels
• Approach candidates and build relationships
• Qualify their experience, availability and expectations
• Build and develop your own candidate network
• Work closely with Business Development Managers to match consultants with client opportunities

A clear path to Sales

This role can evolve towards a Business Development position.

You will first develop strong expertise in sourcing, candidate qualification and the IT staffing market, while building your communication, negotiation and commercial skills. As you progress, you can move into a Business Development role and take ownership of your own clients and business.

What we’re looking for

• First experience in sourcing, recruitment, sales, business development or a similar role
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of English
• Results-oriented and target-driven
• Ambitious, resilient and commercially minded
• No previous IT staffing experience required

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain - mandatory
