Engineering Manager, Siri AI Runtime Platform

We are seeking an exceptional engineering manager to lead our engineering efforts in Siri AI. As Apple continues to ship more devices, providing a consistent, responsive, and high-performance experience is critical for our users. This is a great opportunity to impact Siri across all of Apple’s devices and play a critical role in ensuring we can deliver new experiences on a range of hardware with different capabilities., We are looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our team that owns Siri is integrated across the ecosystem of Apple’s devices. This team’s work is central to delivering seamless, intelligent, and performant user experiences across a wide range of devices. As the manager of the team, you will drive technical direction, grow and mentor engineers, and partner closely with product, architecture, and cross-functional platform teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical systems challenges and people leadership.

• Proven software engineering excellence
• Proven experience building and scaling on-device platform or frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing technical roadmaps and delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent people leadership skills, with experience mentoring and growing engineers., * 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience building platform/frameworks utilizing solid networking stack
• Strong understanding of latency, reliability, and performance tradeoffs in system design.
• Strong communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $206,200 and $356,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
