Java Full Stack Technical Lead

• Lead system analysis, solution design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise applications and databases.
• Translate technical specifications into scalable, high-quality code for complex development and enhancement projects.
• Design and develop backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and Preact.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, availability, and responsiveness.
• Integrate third-party products, multiple data sources, APIs, and services to improve data flow and system efficiency.
• Collaborate with front-end, backend, architecture, and business teams to deliver seamless application experiences.
• Implement automated testing practices and ensure applications support test automation.
• Deploy code across development, testing, and production environments in accordance with release schedules and change-control procedures.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation covering architecture, integrations, APIs, backend services, and application logic.
• Implement enterprise standards for application security, data protection, resilience, and software development.
• Participate in architecture, design, code, and test reviews throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction to the development team.

Extensive experience in software development, system integration, database design, and backend architecture, with demonstrated ability to lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise applications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree or postgraduate diploma is preferred. Strong experience in server-side development, system integration, API management, debugging, database ptimization, and performance tuning. Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications. Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
