Design, implement, and enhance workflows and AI agent systems powered by Claude

Develop and manage Agent Skills, SKILL.md workflows, and evaluation suites

Contribute to Managed Agents, Claude Cowork deployments, and coordination of multiple agents

Set up enterprise integrations, MCP connectors, and automation pipelines

Create scalable workflow frameworks and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Requirements
Artificial Intelligence (AI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional, Automation, Technical Writing, Technical Leadership, Technical Delivery, Python Programming/Scripting Language, Computer Programming, JavaScript, Proven hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise Proficiency in Agent Skills, SKILL.md, and Managed Agents Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and SSE/streaming data patterns Understanding of SCIM, RBAC, governance, and enterprise administration Experience working with Anthropic platform APIs and enterprise AI tools
Preferred/Bonus Skills:
- Experience in enabling enterprise users and troubleshooting
- Background in finance, investment, or private equity workflows
- Ability to develop reusable AI automation frameworks
- Deep understanding of evaluation-driven AI workflow development
