Application Support Analyst

An established organization is seeking an experienced technology professional to support and maintain a variety of enterprise applications and internal business systems. This individual will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure system reliability, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and support ongoing technology initiatives.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working across multiple areas of an organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for internal applications and enterprise technology platforms.
• Troubleshoot system issues, investigate errors, and coordinate resolutions.
• Work with internal teams to address technical requests and operational needs.
• Assist with application updates, testing, integrations, and system implementations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and internal support resources.
• Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Utilize scripting and database tools to streamline workflows and automate processes.
• Support reporting requests, data analysis, and general system administration.
• Assist with scheduled maintenance, testing, and occasional after-hours support.

• 7+ years of experience in application support, technical operations, or systems development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database development.
• Knowledge of stored procedures, database queries, and reporting tools.
• Experience with PowerShell, scripting, and process automation.
• Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, FTP/SFTP, XML, and system integrations.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and enterprise application environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Additional Experience

• Exposure to enterprise scheduling and automation platforms.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-system environments.
