Specialist in Remote Operation of the Control Center

Description and requirements: We are looking for someone with technical vision and responsiveness to join our Remote Network Operation team. You will be key in network supervision, discharge management and incident resolution to ensure a safe, reliable and continuous service. With whom will you work? You will work in the Control Center unit so that, working in teams, the network operation can be ensured, coordinating the Control Centers and managing operational security processes.

• Provide certification of operational data (assets, event failures/service quality of the network)
• Coordinate emergency plans related to electrical service quality and inform Global Operation and Maintenance in case of critical events.
• Manage relationships with other distributors and transmission companies for relevant activities.
• Manage the reaction to a cyber security incident for the corresponding perimeter.

The work modality is in Continuous Closed Shift (rotating morning/afternoon/night). What are the basic activities of the occupation? Perform and supervise, where appropriate, the reception of incidents or fault notices from the call center, diagnosing their scope and ordering the execution of maneuvers to mobile territorial teams leading to the reduction of impact and a prompt restoration of service, or perform the necessary maneuvers and checks for the operation and control of hydraulic systems ensuring the correct functioning of the equipment and systems of the hydraulic production units within its scope, in accordance with current procedures and legislation. Perform any other task that, within the scope of their professional aptitudes and level of competence and in accordance with the applicable regulations, is indicated by their superiors due to service needs; as well as actively participate in compliance with the established regulations on environmental matters and occupational risk prevention. What will you be responsible for?
