Software Developer (Backend, Cloud, AI) - MUST HAVE SC CLEARANCE - Remote - 4 months+

The Senior Developer will design, build, test and operate software forming part of the customer’s AI Enablement platform, with an initial focus on the Enterprise AI Gateway and the integration of AI models, developer tooling and enterprise controls. The role combines strong Back End and cloud engineering with practical generative AI engineering. The developer will build integrations between an AI Gateway, AWS Bedrock, enterprise identity, observability and engineering tooling, while developing reusable patterns for safe adoption of LLM and agentic capabilities.

Software Developer (Backend, Cloud, AI) - MUST HAVE SC CLEARANCE - Remote - 4 months+/RATE: £535 per day inside IR35, Strong experience developing production-quality Back End services and APIs using a modern language such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java or Go. Practical experience building software using generative AI or LLM APIs, including integrating models into applications or engineering workflows. Understanding of AI application patterns including prompt and context management, structured outputs, tool calling and agentic workflows. Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, gateways and distributed services. Experience building and deploying software on AWS or a comparable public-cloud platform, with automated CI/CD and infrastructure automation. Experience implementing authentication, authorisation, secrets management, automated testing and secure API integrations. Ability to build observable, maintainable live services using logs, metrics and traces
