IT Support Specialist

• Completed IT training, for example as a Fachinformatiker, or a degree in computer science
• First experience in IT support or at a service desk, including internships and working student jobs
• Windows 10 or 11 and the basics of Microsoft 365 administration
• Work with a ticket system such as Jira, ServiceNow or OTRS

Northline Assembly Cologne, 50667 Unbefristet Vollzeit Northline Assembly is taking on insurance software projects in Germany, and the brokers and agencies who use that software need IT help while their offices are open. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist in Germany for them. The job is full-time and remote from anywhere in Germany. The rest of the team works from Nashville, seven hours behind.

Your part in it

• Answer user requests by phone, email and ticket, and solve first-level issues yourself
• Set up laptops, user accounts and access to our applications for new users
• Reset passwords and manage permissions in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Help users with document uploads, printing and connection problems
• Pass software faults to our developers with the steps that reproduce them
