Job description

Ensure that all laboratory instruments and automation systems meet applicable internal compliance requirements throughout their life cycle. Own the assigned compliance processes, documentation, and follow-up under the IT Systems SOP campaign, working with vendors, Lab IT Support and other Enterprise IT organisations as required.

Maintain complete and current inventories, SNOW records, and assignments to solution owners and system managers for laboratory instruments and automation systems. Coordinate compliance activities from onboarding and commissioning through changes, periodic review, and retirement, confirming that required assessments, approvals, and evidence are complete. Maintain controlled SOP documentation, compliance records, and evidence of required access reviews, maintenance, calibration, qualification, validation, and handovers, as applicable. Work with vendors and IT Support to obtain technical documentation, resolve evidence gaps, and ensure required compliance actions are completed. Coordinate with Information Security, and other Enterprise IT organisations to apply relevant standards and route reviews, decisions, and approvals to the appropriate owners. Maintain agreed compliance responsibilities and escalation routes. Track risks, overdue actions, and corrective actions, following up with owners and escalating unresolved issues. Prepare audit evidence and concise compliance status reports. Keep records accurate, traceable, and readily retrievable, and improve templates and workflows where needed. What you’ll need to succeed
