Technical Program Manager - Accessibility

Immediate need for a talented Technical Program Manager - Accessibility. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mountain View ,CA(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested., * Own and manage enterprise accessibility rating and reporting processes end-to-end, including annual target setting, progress monitoring, and reporting in partnership with accessibility teams.

• Oversee ongoing regulatory testing programs and monitor execution against established timelines, milestones, and compliance objectives.
• Coordinate between accessibility engineering teams and operational/testing teams to ensure accessibility issues are tracked, communicated, and addressed appropriately.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among engineering, operations, testing, and compliance stakeholders.
• Monitor program health, identify execution gaps, and develop remediation or corrective action plans when programs fall behind schedule.
• Prepare program updates, leadership reports, progress summaries, and stakeholder communications.
• Support execution planning and provide visibility into program budgets, operational plans, and resource requirements.
• Leverage AI/LLM-based tools to streamline program management workflows, reporting, information gathering, and operational processes.

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Engineering Operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering and non-engineering teams.
• Experience with enterprise-scale accessibility programs, regulatory compliance initiatives, or testing oversight.
• Ability to monitor program performance, track milestones, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Experience preparing leadership-level updates, program reports, and execution plans.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based productivity tools and their application in improving program management workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing enterprise accessibility programs involving WCAG, ADA, Section 508, VPAT, or similar accessibility standards.
• Exposure to regulatory testing, manual testing, regression testing, or software quality processes.

Pay Range: $110 - $115/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
