Job description
This is a ground-floor opportunity for an experienced Fullstack Engineer (5+ years) to shape the platform end-to-end, working closely with the leadership team., * Design and implement the AI intelligence layer (LLM orchestration, not model training)
- Prototype, test, and deploy AI-powered features end-to-end
- Contribute across the stack with Python and TypeScript
Tech stack: Python (FastAPI), TypeScript, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, NestJS, Postgres
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Fullstack Engineer
- Strong Python and TypeScript foundation
- Experience with production AI systems (LLM orchestration)
- FinTech or compliance-heavy background is a plus
- Founding team role with significant ownership
Benefits & conditions
- Competitive salary ($200k-$250k) plus equity, Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
