• Develop, and deploy critical components of a new Agentic App , delivering production-grade solutions.
• Translate high-level product goals into actionable engineering tasks and technical plans.
• Evaluate and advocate for the right tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Write clean, testable, and scalable code; conduct peer reviews and drive best practices in CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to launch customer-centric features.
• Communicate effectively with leadership to align on goals and priorities.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor, fostering growth across the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4- 6 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms , and object-oriented design.
• Proven expertise in Java , Scala , and clean architecture principles.
• Experience with Campaign Execution systems and Generative AI is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures , microservices, and “always-up” systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , GitOps , and container orchestration tools like Argo CD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A mindset of curiosity, ownership, and relentless focus on solving real customer problems with high-quality software.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $139,000 – $257,550 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $177,900 - $257,550

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
