Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Lead)

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Lead with strong expertise in building and scaling API-first, cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, API integration, AWS, and modern front-end technologies, along with exposure to AI-assisted and AI-first development approaches.

The candidate will design and deliver secure, scalable, event-driven applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems., * Design, develop, and scale cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.

• Build REST APIs and enterprise integrations using API-first architecture and asynchronous messaging.
• Develop end-to-end solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java/Spring Boot.
• Design and implement event-driven microservices using AWS services such as SNS, SQS, and Kafka.
• Integrate AI capabilities, including Agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, MCP, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, performance testing, and production monitoring.
• Deploy and manage scalable applications using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS, and serverless technologies.
• Implement security best practices across APIs, cloud infrastructure, and application services.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, architecture, and risk teams.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices., 1. Full Stack Java Development: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, API integration, Kafka, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, WebSockets, and Node.js. 2. Cloud & DevOps Engineering: AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, service workers, and Agile methodologies. 3. Monitoring & Observability: Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry.

• 12 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JSON, and OpenAPI.
• Extensive experience with microservices, API integration, and asynchronous messaging using Kafka, SNS, or SQS.
• Strong front-end development experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• 3 years of experience architecting cloud-native services on AWS.
• Experience with API versioning, backward compatibility, schema evolution, and contract testing.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, and serverless computing.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker.
• Experience with automated testing, load testing, and performance optimization.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Aurora, and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or DocumentDB.
• Experience with Redis caching, Terraform/CloudFormation, and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
• Understanding of AWS security services, IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, WAF, and application security.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

AI & Emerging Technology Skills

• Experience integrating Agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, MCP, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.
• Prompt engineering and AI-driven application development experience.
• Python experience for LLM engineering, automation, and data processing is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with micro frontends, WebSockets, Node.js, and service workers.
• Knowledge of CEN/XFS APIs.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
• Commercial banking domain knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
