Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and development efforts in a fast-growing SaaS company. The CTO will drive innovation, oversee product engineering, and ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our software solutions. This role requires a deep technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to align technology with business goals., * Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a CTO or senior technical leadership role within a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of scaling SaaS platforms, implementing cloud-based solutions (Azure), and leading Agile development teams.
• Expertise in software architecture, microservices, APIs, and modern development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure management.
