Senior AI Platform Engineer

This role will focus on building secure, scalable AI capabilities that can be embedded into enterprise workflows and data-driven applications. You will help shape reusable platform services that enable responsible adoption of generative AI across the organization. The position also partners closely with technical and business stakeholders to improve quality, performance, and cost efficiency of AI-powered solutions., * Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI solutions that integrate with enterprise data and workflows

• Create reusable AI platform services and integration patterns for secure AI adoption
• Establish security controls for AI agents, focusing on access and sensitive data handling
• Implement AI-specific observability and monitoring for quality and performance
• Develop mechanisms to troubleshoot and remediate unsafe agent behavior
• Optimize model selection and workflows for quality and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into reliable AI capabilities

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered or generative AI solutions in production
• Experience building agentic AI solutions, including orchestration and multi-step workflows
• Knowledge of AI observability and monitoring, focusing on output quality and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts like authentication and data protection
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise APIs and cloud services
• Familiarity with Claude in an enterprise context, including governance and usage monitoring
