Job description
- Organize files and collect data from mortgage loan files
- Accurately enter files into the mTrade Data Extraction computer application
- Analyze the data for errors
- Trouble shoot and report any problems with the data
- Meet daily quotas by completing processing on 10 loans per day and maintaining a 98% accuracy rating
- Successfully participate in and complete 2 weeks initial training
- Be part of a team reporting to a Team Lead
Requirements
Data Collection, Mortgage Lending, Data Analysis, Identify Issues, Meet Sales Quota, Loan Processing, Team Lead/Manager, The ability to bring critical thinking to this role is essential.
