Job description

  • Design user experiences for an AI-powered content creation platform, covering the full production workflow from idea input to final delivery.
  • Create clear and scalable workflows for creative input, outline generation, episode breakdowns, script generation, video production, review, and delivery.
  • Design interfaces for AI agent workspaces, conversational interactions, generated content editing, version management, parameter settings, and user confirmation steps.
  • Build strong information architecture for complex fields, configurations, generated content, project assets, task statuses, and workflow nodes.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI engineers to translate AI capabilities and workflow logic into user-friendly product interfaces.
  • Develop high-quality wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs.
  • Contribute to product logic discussions, not only visual execution.
  • Help establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and interaction standards when needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in User flows?, The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B, SaaS, or AI tool products and is able to turn complex business processes into clear, intuitive, and highly usable product experiences., * Proven experience designing B2B, SaaS, AI tools, or complex workflow-based products.

  • Strong ability to understand complex business processes and simplify them into clear, actionable, and low-learning-curve interfaces.
  • Experience designing workflow products, not just single-page UI layouts.
  • Familiarity with AI product interaction patterns, including conversational interfaces, agent workspaces, generated result editing, version control, parameter configuration, and human confirmation points.
  • Strong information architecture skills and the ability to organize complex data, content, assets, and task flows.
  • High visual design standards with a clean, premium, restrained, and professional aesthetic.
  • Ability to work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and modern product design tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
