Job description

The Data Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining enterprise data integrations, and modernizing reporting from SSRS to Power BI. This role focuses on delivering reliable data pipelines, improving data quality, and enabling scalable, self-service analytics while supporting business operations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related role

  • SQL skills and experience building ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Experience with Power BI (datasets, DAX, dashboards)
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, or similar)
  • Understanding of data integration patterns (APIs, files, batch processing)
  • Preferred Qualifications - PLUS
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar integration tools
  • Exposure to data governance, lineage, or catalog tools (e.g., Purview)
  • Converts legacy SSRS reporting into modern Power BI analytics
