Job description

West Ham United F.C. is looking for a Data Analyst to support key commercial and marketing decisions across the Club. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping fan engagement, driving revenue growth, and supporting long-term strategic planning through data.

Working alongside the CRM & Data Lead, you’ll support departments including Ticketing, Hospitality, Partnerships and Retail by transforming data into clear, actionable insight.

  • WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Identifying opportunities to grow matchday and non-matchday revenue

Creating predictive models to improve marketing performance and fan engagement

Building dashboards, reports and automated insights for senior leadership

️ Supporting fan experience initiatives with data-led recommendations

Maintaining CRM database quality and GDPR compliance

Collaborating with teams across marketing, commercial, digital and content

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Are you passionate about turning data into insight? Want to work in a fast-paced environment at the heart of Premier League football?, Degree (or equivalent) in a STEM or marketing-related discipline

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data or analytics role

Strong SQL plus Python or R experience

Experience using Tableau or Power BI

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience working with large datasets

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Interest in football or sport
