Release Manager II

• Oversee and execute the game release and deployment processes to ensure a seamless experience for players.
• Manage daily operations of the release pipeline, adhering to established procedures to ensure stability and readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth and timely releases.
• Assist teams in following release best practices, escalating potential risks impacting users.
• Support improvements to delivery tools and processes, monitoring pipelines and resolving issues effectively.

Do you have experience in Tooling?, * At least 2 years of experience in Release Management, QA, Live Operations, or related roles within PC software or live service environments.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Perforce, Git, Datadog, and JIRA.
• Proven ability to follow release procedures reliably in a live service setting.
• Basic troubleshooting skills with the capacity to escalate issues appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
