Job description

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Principal with deep expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Data & Analytics, and enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring 15-18 years of consulting and delivery experience leading large-scale SAP-enabled business transformations across industries such as Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Life Sciences, and Energy.

This role requires a strong blend of business consulting, SAP architecture, enterprise data strategy, analytics transformation, and client relationship leadership. The candidate will be expected to shape executive-level transformation agendas, lead complex pursuits, architect enterprise-wide SAP and non-SAP data platforms, and drive measurable business outcomes for global clients., * Lead strategic advisory engagements focused on SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), AI-enabled analytics, and enterprise data modernization.

  • Advise CXO stakeholders on enterprise data strategy, operating model transformation, governance, and analytics roadmaps aligned to SAP S/4HANA programs.
  • Drive fit-to-standard and harmonized data models across global business units and operating companies.
  • Lead large transformation programs involving SAP ERP, finance, supply chain, customer analytics, and AI-driven insights.

SAP Data & Analytics Solution Leadership

  • Architect end-to-end SAP and hybrid enterprise data & analytics landscapes integrating:
  • SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)
  • SAP Datasphere
  • SAP BW/4HANA
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • SAP Data Intelligence
  • SAP AI and Joule capabilities
  • Snowflake
  • Databricks
  • Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud data platforms
  • Non-SAP enterprise applications and third-party analytics ecosystems
  • Define enterprise data models, Common Information Models (CIM), master data harmonization strategies, and business KPI frameworks.
  • Lead data governance, data quality, metadata management, and business glossary initiatives.
  • Design analytics solutions supporting finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, sales, and customer operations.

Business Development & Practice Growth

  • Lead large SAP transformation pursuits, proposals, and executive orals for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Build and expand Infosys Consulting’s SAP BDC and Data & Analytics consulting capabilities.
  • Develop market-facing offerings, accelerators, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Support alliance relationships with SAP, Snowflake, hyperscalers, and strategic data platform partners.
  • Mentor consulting teams and develop next-generation leaders within the SAP analytics practice.

Delivery & Governance

  • Provide executive oversight for complex global delivery programs across onsite, offshore, and client teams.
  • Ensure successful execution through governance, risk management, quality assurance, and value realization tracking.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery accelerators and analytics automation.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor communication?, * 15-18 years of experience in SAP consulting, enterprise data strategy, and analytics transformation.

  • Big 4/Consulting experience is a must.
  • Deep expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Proven experience leading large global SAP transformation programs and consulting engagements.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading proposal development, solution architecture, and client presentations at CXO level.
  • Ability to work across global delivery models and multi-vendor environments.
  • Project-related mobility/willingness to travel

Highly Desirable Experience

  • Strong experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and modern cloud-native data platforms.
  • Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP enterprise ecosystems including CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and external data platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML-enabled analytics, data fabric architectures, and enterprise reporting modernization.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, and other enterprise analytics platforms is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration architectures, APIs, middleware, and data harmonization across heterogeneous landscapes.

Estimated annual compensation range :- $210,000-$256,667
