AI & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST

EA Group is seeking an AI & Digital Transformation Specialist to lead a 3-month review and implementation project across multiple businesses.

This is not a traditional IT role.

The successful candidate will review our systems, software, hardware and business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement practical AI solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, communication and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing systems, software and infrastructure

• Review operational, finance, HR and procurement workflows

• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities

• Implement practical AI solutions and workflows

• Develop an AI adoption roadmap

• Train and support management teams

• Create documentation and best practices

• Support the development of AI agents and automations

Do you have experience in Training & development?, * AI implementation and transformation projects

• Business process improvement

• Workflow automation

• Digital transformation

• Change management and training

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently across multiple projects

Experience with some or all of the following:

• ChatGPT

• Gemini

• Claude

• Microsoft Copilot

• Perplexity

• Automation platforms and AI workflow tools
