Ideal candidates bring at least five years of fundraising or advancement experience, including donor data, gift processing, reporting, and direct mail, plus at least three years administering a donor CRM. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills are essential, along with discretion, sound judgment, vendor coordination experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Raiser’s Edge experience is strongly preferred.
