IT Program Manager (Chandler)

• Owns responses to Control Enhancements and Audit issues, requiring Technology knowledge, precision, and credibility to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent responses.
• Performs Quality Assurance and data integrity reviews across the Technology EOL Program, ensuring metrics are reliable, defensible, and suitable for executive, audit, and regulatory consumption.
• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
• Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
• Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
• Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
• Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * Ability to Lead a Global Technology large, cross function program through full Lifecyle

• 10+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional programs through full lifecycle
• Ability to analyze large data sets and automate reporting
• Strong knowledge of program governance, including risk, issue, change, and dependency management
• Strong skills in program governance, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive executive-level alignment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Product knowledge
• Policy and process ownership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
