Job description

In this role as a Mobile Application Engineer, you will collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders and play a key role in building and maintaining automated test suites for mobile applications. You will also contribute to the development of reusable test frameworks and utilities. You’ll be part of a close-knit team where your expertise is highly valued, working together to deliver solution-driven outcomes in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Version control?, * Minimum 5 years software testing experience with at least 3 years in Test Automation

  • Proven working experience with a variety of tools that support test automation using Java, Kotlin, etc.
  • Proven working experience with any of tools that support mobile test automation (e.g. XCUITest, Espresso, Appium)
  • Experience with UI test automation tools like Selenium with Cucumber BDD & API test automation tools like Rest assured, Postman, etc.
  • Knowledge or Experience in performance testing with tools like JMeter, etc.
  • Proficiency in coding with at least one programming language (e.g. Java, JS, Groovy etc.)
  • Experience testing mobile applications across various devices and operating systems
  • Explore and identify tools which would raise levels of Test Automation
  • Experience using source control tools like Github and Bitbucket
  • Experience using tools like JIRA & Confluence
  • Thorough knowledge of the principles of functional and non-functional testing (especially Exploratory testing)
  • Experience in managing end to end test life cycle including Planning, design, execution, defect management and test reporting
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-managing and a self-starter
