Product Owner

• Data Readiness & Launch Execution (Primary Accountability) *

• Define and lead data readiness strategy for platform launches, ensuring alignment with overall delivery timelines
• Establish and enforce criteria for production-ready data (quality, completeness, governance, usability)
• Identify and mitigate data-related risks that could impact go-live or adoption
• Serve as the data authority within the cross-functional delivery team

• Backlog Ownership & Agile Delivery *

• Own and actively manage the data backlog, including defect remediation, enhancements, and governance initiatives
• Translate business, regulatory, and data issues into clear user stories and technical requirements
• Prioritize work based on launch readiness, risk, and business impact
• Drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery accountability in partnership with engineering teams

• Data Issue Resolution & Quality Management *

• Lead structured resolution of data inconsistencies, gaps, and conflicts across systems
• Perform and guide root cause analysis to ensure issues are resolved systematically, not operationally patched
• Partner with business teams to clarify data definitions, ownership, and correction requirements
• Embed learnings into backlog prioritization and governance controls

• Specification Data Subject Matter Expertise *

• Develop deep expertise in data, including structure, hierarchy, and regulatory implications
• Drive standardization, consistency, and usability across datasets and platforms
• Act as the primary liaison for business teams resolving specification-related data issues

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * 8+ years of experience in data product management, data governance, or data platform roles

• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with data pipelines and orchestration tools, * Experience in leading data readiness for platform launches
• Strong understanding of data governance principlesAbility to work cross-functionally with various teams
