GTM Systems Manager - Salesforce (US)

This is a contract position for one of our clients looking for an experienced GTM Systems Manager to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for a defined set of GTM systems powering Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Experience teams at a leading SaaS company.

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for system governance, translating business requirements into technical configurations, managing end-to-end projects, and supporting senior stakeholders across GTM Operations. This is an experienced IC role - you’ll operate with significant autonomy and make an immediate impact., * This role is a temporary backfill position lasting approximately 16 weeks. Do you have experience in System administration?, * 7+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, CS Ops, or a related GTM function

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (core requirement)
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects through implementation and adoption
• Experience administering GTM tools such as Zendesk, Gong, Outreach, Distribution Engine, RingLead, or Clearbit
• Strong executive communication skills - this person will interact directly with GTM leadership
• SaaS company background

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CX platforms such as Ada, Loris, or Assembled
• Experience with Marketo or Braze
• Background in PLG/SLG hybrid GTM models
• Multi-platform administration experience beyond Salesforce
