Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst/ Power BI Developer to join our client’s team in India. This individual will drive business insights by designing analytical solutions using data transformation, statistical analysis, and scalable processing across large datasets. Key Responsibilities are shown below:

  • Develop analytical solutions using data exploration, statistical analysis, and transformation techniques

  • Perform EDA, data cleaning, and large-scale data processing

  • Build reports, dashboards, and business metrics

  • Analyze customer, sales, and engagement trends and support KPI tracking

  • Ensure data quality and consistency across systems

Requirements

5+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst

  • Advanced experience working with SQL, specifically complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, etc.

  • Coding experience with Databricks, specifically building pipelines, querying and processing tables, distributed computing, etc.

  • Experience working with Python (Pandas) and PySpark for large-scale processing

  • Extensive experience with Power BI, specifically data modeling, DAX, performance tuning, etc.

  • Experience with A/B testing design & measurement
