Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in NC. The Data Analyst will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and driving business growth. This individual will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide insights that inform strategic decisions across the organization. This includes working with various departments to understand their data needs, developing analytical frameworks, and communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging existing company-owned data analytics tools while also identifying and championing the adoption of new tools and technologies to improve our business intelligence and further the company’s AI initiatives. This includes staying current with industry trends, evaluating new solutions, and building a business case for implementation., * Execution of data analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable analytical projects.
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies that align with business objectives.
• Design and implement data quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
• Create clear and compelling visualizations and reports to communicate data insights to various audiences.
• Identify and evaluate new data analytics tools and technologies, including those relevant to AI, and drive their adoption within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors to manage system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
• Lead efforts to optimize ERP functionality, including customizing modules and ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Lead the creation of ad-hoc business reports to address specific needs or business questions, ensuring timely delivery of insights to key stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support for cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving business intelligence, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Develop and present routine business reports for executives, ensuring that key metrics, KPIs, and strategic initiatives are communicated clearly and effectively.
• Create dashboards and performance reports to monitor key business functions, including sales, inventory, production, and procurement.
• Lead initiatives to automate reporting, improve data accuracy, and streamline workflows across departments.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance and other departments to align business objectives, ensure data consistency, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Other duties as assigned

Do you have experience in Sales analytics & reporting tools?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in a field such as analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related area.

• 2-3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Access, Power BI, Tableau), and ERP software.
• Expertise in business intelligence, data modeling, and financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a strategic mindset.
