Job description

  • Perform advanced GIS analysis, mapping, and reporting.
  • Manage and maintain enterprise geodatabases and GIS datasets.
  • Develop geoprocessing models, automation scripts, and GIS workflows.
  • Support ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and mobile GIS data collection solutions.
  • Create web mapping applications and dashboards.
  • Conduct data quality assurance (QA/QC) and ensure data integrity.
  • Support GPS data collection, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Train and support GIS users and project teams.
  • Produce high-quality maps, spatial analyses, and technical documentation.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Spatial analysis?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, We are seeking an experienced Geographer 3 / GIS Specialist to support enterprise GIS operations, geospatial data management, and environmental/cultural resource programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GIS technologies, spatial analysis, database management, and GIS application development., * Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Planning, Cartography, Natural Resources, or a related field preferred.

  • 6+ years of GIS experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Strong experience with ArcGIS platforms and geospatial technologies.
  • Experience managing geodatabases and performing complex spatial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of GIS data standards, QA/QC, and data management best practices.
  • Experience with GIS automation, scripting, and web mapping technologies.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid schedule with periodic onsite attendance.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
