Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Analyst - Level 3 - EDI to support the SAP and non-SAP EDI environment. The SAP Analyst-Level 3 is responsible for: Lead requirements gathering and solution design for SAP and non-SAP EDI integrations; Collaborate with business partners to analyze current processes and recommend optimized solutions; Evaluate system options with respect to risk, cost/benefit, and business impact; Design and implement complex SAP EDI configurations, including full lifecycle delivery; Define and lead end-to-end integration testing strategies; Support major and minor releases, including deployment and post-release validation; Troubleshoot and resolve complex EDI incidents and lead root-cause analysis; Ensure solutions align with IT long-term strategy and architectural standards; Maintain high functional competency in SAP EDI capabilities and emerging trends.
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Business or Technical related field required
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP EDI customer and vendor support
- Minimum 3 years of experience defining and leading functional and integration testing strategies, including coordination with business and technical teams
- Minimum 3 years of process improvement experience for operational support systems
- Experience communicating detailed technical and functional specifications
- Experience with EDI documents 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Order Acknowledgement), 856 (Advance Shipping Notification), and 810 (Invoice)
- Experience with SAP IDoc processing, including creating new and extending EDI IDocs, ALE configuration
Preferred:
- Experience working with GXS/Open Text
- Experience with ANSI X.12, XML and cXML, and/or other formats
- Exposure to PI with B2B Add-On
