Job description

Eliassen Group is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer/Architect to join an existing team in a hands-on, technically demanding role. This individual will be responsible for daily development, solution design, troubleshooting, and production support, while also providing technical leadership. The ideal candidate is a senior Salesforce professional who actively codes and can drive complex solutions from design through implementation within a secure, enterprise environment.

Requirements

Due to Federal requirements candidates must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance., Salesforce Development & Architecture

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer capacity
  • Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, triggers, and platform configuration OmniStudio Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience with: o OmniScripts o FlexCards o DataRaptors o Integration Procedures Integrations & Enterprise Systems

  • Experience with: o REST/SOAP APIs o MuleSoft (preferred) o Enterprise system integrations and middleware

  • Familiarity with systems such as Oracle EBS is a plus Technical Leadership

  • Proven ability to act as a hands-on architect
  • Experience guiding development standards, best practices, and solution design
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (business, security, integration) Security, Compliance & DevOps

  • Experience working in secure/federal environments
  • Knowledge of NIST, FISMA, ATO-related controls
  • Experience with: o Role-based access controls, SSO, MFA o CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps or Git-based deployments o Code reviews, secure release practices, and SDLC compliance Emerging Capabilities (Preferred)

  • Exposure to Salesforce AI / Einstein / Agentforce
  • AI-assisted workflows or intelligent automation solutions

Certifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (required)
  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (required)
  • Salesforce OmniStudio Developer (preferred)
