FPC Custom Applications Specialist - Role Summary Responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting custom applications that enable efficient management of capital programs and facilities operations, with a focus on improving workflows, data management, and system usability., * Design, configure, and maintain custom applications and workflows supporting project management, financial tracking, and reporting processes.

• Develop and enhance system functionality using available tools and platforms to meet evolving business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (project management, finance, operations) to gather requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.

• Support integration of custom applications with enterprise systems, ensuring accurate and consistent data flow across platforms.

• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements to improve performance and user experience.

• Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, workflows, and user guides.

• Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective adoption and utilization of applications.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * Experience developing or configuring custom enterprise applications or low-code/no-code platforms.

• Familiarity with project/program management or ERP systems.

• Experience with system integrations (APIs, data interfaces, reporting tools).
