Power BI Lead

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create and optimize Power BI data models and complex DAX calculations.
• Develop SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, and Functions.
• Build and maintain Paginated Reports (SSRS).
• Manage Power BI Service workspaces, applications, and deployments.
• Monitor and improve report performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
• Lead BI development efforts and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Support report embedding and integration activities when required.
• Ensure best practices in data visualization and reporting solutions.

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, We are seeking an experienced Power BI Lead with strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Paginated Reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise reporting solutions, building complex data models, and leading BI initiatives. The candidate should have strong experience in data visualization, Power BI Service, and dimensional data modeling., * 6+ years of Power BI development experience.

• 2+ years of Power BI Lead experience.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M Language).
• Experience developing Paginated Reports (SSRS).
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modeling.
• Knowledge of Fact Tables, Dimension Tables, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema.
• Experience with Power BI Service and report performance optimization.
• Prior experience with SSAS Tabular Modeling and Power Pivot is preferred.
• Experience with Tableau, QlikView, Microsoft Fabric, REST APIs, or PowerShell is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills., * Power BI Lead: 6 years (Preferred)
• DAX and SQL: 6 years (Preferred)
