Computer Network Technical Support Specialist

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Computer science?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Computer Network Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing our complex network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across our resort facilities (deploying, supporting and maintaining the network, compute and storage infrastructure; software and hardware upgrades to switches, routers, firewalls, SANS and backup systems). This is a multi-disciplinary position providing support to the development, testing, operation of systems and products; helps define long-term network and infrastructure design while also supporting the live environment. Your expertise in computer networking, network security, and system administration will be vital in safeguarding our digital environment and supporting business continuity.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree with emphasis in Networking, Bachelor degree in IT or Computer Science, with relevant 4+ years of work experience is preferred. Must have a valid drivers’ license and meet all insurance carrier requirements if operating a company vehicle. Experience with Cisco routers and switches is preferred; data center hardware (servers, SAN, fiber channel switches, etc.); Active Directory Domain, DHCP, DNS; expertise with VMware and other data center technologies; Microsoft server products; Active Directory, SQL, etc. Ability to research solutions or information regarding technical issues; excellent organizational and multitasking skills-prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with efficiency and minimal direction; broad knowledge of network and server software, hardware and operating systems.
