IT Technician Floater

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Driving?, * Ability to read and follow training manual

• A basic understanding of networking and standard workstation installation skills is preferred but not required
• Windows OS (Win7/Win10) knowledge
• Knowledge in replacing laptops and network printers is preferred
• Able to lift and move oversized boxes weighing up to 65 lbs.; some on multiple levels
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills - Installers will contact customer locations via phone and work directly with the administrative team at the customer headquarters and Sedona Technologies, Technicians must:
• Pass a criminal background and driving record check
• Provide verification of your right to work in the U.S. as demonstrated by your completion of the I-9 form along with acceptable documentation required by the U.S. Government
• Own and drive their own reliable transportation to installations. Vehicle must be insured in your name and documentation on file at Sedona prior to training
• Be available Monday through Friday during normal business hours
• Be organized and be able to read, understand, and strictly adhere to written procedures and instructions as required.
• You must have a valid REAL ID Drivers license or valid US Passport which is required to book any flight.

• Dental insurance, Technicians are guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week Monday-Friday if available each workday and on call. Technicians will be paid an hourly rate as long as they are available, whether or not they are called in to work.

Technicians may be called to work in their area, in their state, or we may need to fly them to other areas of the U.S. depending on technician needs. Travel expenses including flight, hotel, rental car, and per diem will be paid by Sedona Technologies. Additional bonuses are available for completion of the project and meeting customer service goals.

Sedona Technologies is seeking an IT Technician Floater in the Houston, TX area to provide hardware rollout equipment services for a large Fortune 500 company. Technicians will travel to multiple insurance agents’ offices to provide hardware and software installation services for a contract lasting approximately 4 months. Paid training is provided.
