We are seeking a highly motivated Troubleshooting Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to electronic assemblies and PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing. Your expertise will ensure that products meet rigorous quality standards and function flawlessly, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment where precision, analysis, and problem-solving are key to success., * Conduct detailed troubleshooting of electronic assemblies, including surface mount technology (SMT) components and PCB issues, using schematics and technical documentation.
- Use hand tools such as soldering irons, screwdrivers, and mechanical tools to repair or replace faulty components on circuit boards.
- Analyze data collected during testing procedures to identify root causes of defects or failures, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in debugging electronic circuits by utilizing test automation tools, ohmmeters, and data collection equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and test results for continuous process improvement.
- Support manufacturing processes by adhering to IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly and ensuring all work meets stringent quality standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Mechanical knowledge?, * Proven experience working with surface mount technology (SMT), PCB assembly, and electronic component troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures including inspection techniques such as automated optical inspection (AOI) and manual visual checks.
- Strong understanding of schematics, technical drawings, and mechanical knowledge related to electronics manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and test equipment such as ohmmeters and multimeters.
- Knowledge of debugging techniques for electronic circuits and familiarity with test automation systems is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment focused on electronics or PCB assembly is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data accurately, identify issues swiftly, and communicate findings clearly to team members.
