Job description

  • Perform wireless systems integration, debug, and validation on advanced communication terminals
  • Architect and extend Python-based test automation frameworks for system evaluation and regression testing
  • Work hands-on in the lab with complex RF test setups, including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and custom fixtures
  • Build and maintain CI pipelines and test orchestration infrastructure for multi-device and multi-site execution
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes across RF, silicon, DSP, and firmware layers, and work cross-functionally to drive resolution
  • Own and maintain critical lab test setups, RF path configurations, and chamber environments
  • Scale test infrastructure to support parallel execution across multiple terminal variants and lab environments
  • Use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to accelerate automation, debugging, and failure analysis
