Do you have experience in Windows?, We are hiring a Field Engineer with 2-5 years of IT support experience to provide onsite operational and infrastructure support in airport and office environments. This role involves desktop support, IMAC activities, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting network devices, kiosks, display systems, peripherals, and other IT equipment.

Requirements:
* 2-5 years of IT/Desktop Support experience
* Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
* Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and peripherals
* Experience with network/server support preferred
* A+ Certification highly preferred

• Excellent communication skills, </b>
  * Travel to nearby airports may be required
  * Occasional overnight travel, weekend, and off-hours support required
  * Previous airline/airport experience is a plus</p>
