CalOptima Health is seeking a Data Entry Tech (Quality Improvement) to join our team. In this role, you will support the Quality Improvement department by ensuring accurate and timely data entry, assisting with credentialing file preparation, and providing office support functions. Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform routine to complex data entry from documents, files, and data sources.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining credentialing files.
- Conduct outreach calls and respond to provider and staff inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of healthcare data.
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals.
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Quality data entry?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of data entry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a managed health care environment.
- Knowledge of provider data and/or credentialing systems.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and problem-solving skills.
