Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining seamless integrations between Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system and various enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in solution architecture, system design, and a comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security compliance.
- Develop and execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data migration and synchronization tasks.
- Apply best practices in system architecture, including service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, and system hardening techniques.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security measures aligned with cloud security standards such as AWS or Azure.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve integration issues promptly.
- Document technical specifications, integration workflows, and operational procedures for ongoing support.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Linux?, * Extensive experience with Workday HCM integrations and familiarity with its API ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and system design principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, or Ruby on Rails.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes involving SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows/Linux), computer networking concepts (DNS, DHCP), firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and system administration.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure along with virtualization technologies like VMware or ESXi.
- Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes for scalable deployment.
- Experience with web services protocols including RESTful APIs and SOAP; working knowledge of XML and JSON formats.
- Understanding of security best practices including vulnerability management, threat intelligence, system hardening, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Ability to work within Agile methodologies employing DevOps practices for rapid deployment cycles.
- Strong debugging skills combined with a systematic approach to troubleshooting complex integration issues.
