Energy Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Customer & Partner Communication

• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients
• Schedule introductory meetings and site assessments
• Communicate with property managers, developers, commercial property owners, and business clients
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
• Maintain professional email and phone communication

Project Coordination

• Assist with project scheduling and tracking
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and utility companies
• Support permit and documentation processes
• Maintain project files and records
• Prepare meeting notes and action items

Sales & Business Development Support

• Support outreach to multifamily properties and commercial customers
• Assist with proposal preparation and presentation materials
• Manage CRM and lead tracking
• Help organize marketing and networking activities

Administrative Support

• Calendar management
• Document preparation
• Data entry and reporting
• General office support

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Required:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Preferred:

• Experience in construction, electrical, engineering, real estate, property management, or energy industries
• Experience working with contractors or project-based businesses
• Familiarity with EV charging, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Jobber, etc.), We are looking for someone who can represent our company professionally, communicate confidently with customers, and help bridge the gap between technical teams and business opportunities.
