• Proven experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and CI/CD technologies like Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Cloudbees
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Rest Assured or Karate
• Ability to design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests across the software delivery lifecycle
• Knowledge of databases and SQL, with the ability to write and optimize queries
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team environments
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience; 6 years preferred for senior roles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with automation frameworks such as Cucumber and JUnit
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and tools
• Experience working in onsite/offshore coordination models
• Familiarity with security and privacy considerations in testing

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in automation testing and software quality assurance
